Noah’s Ark Social Media Management – a tale of love, resilience, and a profound connection to animals and pets. To help you understand why we’re so committed to what we do and how we do it, we wanted to share the journey that led to the creation of this meaningful endeavour and the story behind the name.
Animals and pets have held a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember. My passion for these creatures has been unwavering, from volunteering with orangutan and rhino conservation organisations to a lifelong companionship with pets.
My journey in the marketing industry specifically around horses, provided me with valuable experience. Still, deep down, I knew I wanted to shift gears and combine my skill set with my broader love for animals.
And thus, Noah’s Ark Social Media Management was born. With 20 years of expertise in my field, albeit in a different industry, I’m here to help small to medium-sized businesses and offer them a range of social media management packages. I aim to help them thrive in the digital world, ensuring their online presence aligns with their brand’s vision and values.
Where the name Noah’s Ark came from?
Behind the name lies a profound and emotional story that has shaped who I am today. You see, my wife and I have experienced a journey filled with both joy and heartbreak. We have been blessed with two incredible children, Harrison and Evie, who bring immense love and happiness to our lives. However, our hearts yearned for another child, and our hopes led us down a path of anticipation and longing.
Our dreams were answered with the news that we’d be blessed with a third child due in May 2023. It felt like a miracle, a true gift that filled us with boundless joy. We cautiously navigated each step of the pregnancy, cherishing every appointment and scan as our hopes for a complete and loving family grew.
At Christmas, we reached a milestone, marking the halfway point of the pregnancy. We shared the news with our children and families, enveloped in the happiness of a growing family. Our future looked bright, and we embraced it wholeheartedly.
However, life took an unexpected turn. Complications arose, and our precious baby, Noah Bryce Carey Squance, arrived silently on the evening of Friday, 3rd March, much earlier than expected. He was only 28 weeks and 4 days old.
The pain of losing a child is indescribable. It’s an ache that grips you relentlessly, day and night. Noah’s life held so much promise, surrounded by love, excitement, and the anticipation of completing our family. We were left with a void that nothing could fill, feeling lost and incomplete.
We grieved, we cried, and we questioned everything, knowing that there were no answers that could heal the pain. Our imagined future has been transformed into a path of normalcy, routine, and responsibility, yet it feels incomplete without Noah.
Our gratitude for what we have remains steadfast, but the emptiness in our hearts lingers.

As another way of honouring Noah and the joy his impending arrival brought to our family, I chose to move away from my previous focus and share my skills with all animal lovers. And Noah’s Ark Social Media Management was developed.
You will find the image of a toy elephant within the logo of Noah’s Ark Social Media Management. This representation holds deep significance, as it was Noah’s first and only toy, a precious possession we carefully chose for him.
We express our eternal love for Noah. He remains forever in our hearts, and we carry his memory daily. Thank you for joining us on this emotional journey, and we appreciate your presence and support as we strive to make a difference in his honour.
